ProxyPAC is not a VPN and does not include an upstream proxy service. It routes compatible apps that honor system proxy settings. It does not decrypt HTTPS or promise faster page loads, anonymity, or a system-wide kill switch.
Smart Proxy uses connection checks to inform routing. Its learning behavior differs by build; connection timing is not a measurement of page-load or download speed.
